It's my first pickup. What type of bag should I use?

Use a 13 gallon garbage bag. It's the same dimensions we use for our standard bag. Or you can use your own laundry bag or multiple bags. We will figure out the best bag combination that gives you the best price.

Do I have to sort my clothes?

Our laundry service is here to pamper you. We sort the clothes, check pockets and pretreat visible stains.

Can items be returned on hangers?

Yes! Just provide hangers and we'll take care of it. We'll put collared shirts and dresses on hangers unless you specify which items you want on hangers in the notes section of your order.

Do you accommodate special laundering instructions?

Yes! Just ask and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Do you also pick up dry cleaning?

We can’t wait to pick up your dry cleaning but as of right now we are focused on delivering fresh, clean laundry. When we get the space to take on dry cleaning and other future services we’ll let you know!
